Our telephone interview laboratory has sixty stations, each equipped with state-of-the-art computer assisted telephone interview (CATI) software. All stations operate in a secure, internally networked Windows environment. Our professional interviewers are trained in the latest standardized interviewing techniques to ensure a similar experience across all interviews and to minimize interview effect.
Our call scheduling software is specifically designed to maximize the probability of reaching survey respondents and minimize coverage error. The SESRC also employs a staff of expert survey monitors who assure our high standards for quality data collection are upheld. We have bi-lingual interviewers and translators for a variety of languages.
