2025 AASRO Travel

Travel To/From Pullman, WA

Airports/Flights:

Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport https://www.flypuw.com/

  • A very good and convenient choice for getting in and out of Pullman. However, almost all flights into Pullman come through a connection in Seattle and are all on Alaska Airlines. Alaska Airlines is the only commercial airline that currently flies in/out of Pullman.
  • Typically there are 3 flights a day that arrive in Pullman: 1:00 pm, 6:45 pm, and midnight.
  • Typically there are 3 flights a day that leave Pullman: 6:00 am, 1:45 pm, and 7:30 pm.
  • There is a complementary shuttle from the airport to the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel where we have a block of rooms available for your stay in Pullman.
  • Rental Car Agencies at the airport include: Budget, Avis, and Hertz.
  • Enterprise Car Rental has a location in Pullman and does offer a Pick-Up Service at non-airport locations, such as the hotel.

Spokane International Airport – https://spokaneairports.net/

Pullman is 80 miles South of the airport in Spokane, WA – approx.. 1.5-hour drive

  • Spokane is an International Airport and offers a wide range of airlines with Southwest, Delta, and United being the largest airlines. There are no flights between Spokane and Pullman.
  • From Spokane, you will need to rent a car to drive to Pullman on State Highway 195, an easy, mostly rural highway. There are no shuttle services between Spokane and Pullman.
  • Travel tip: For your return trip, there will likely be fewer options to fly out later in the day on Friday, Sept. 26, without having to miss part of the meeting scheduled that day. However, there will be many early morning flight options out of Spokane for Saturday morning, Sept. 27, for those flying east. Rather than driving to Spokane early Saturday morning from Pullman, we suggest you drive to Spokane at the end of our meeting on Friday, Sept. 26, spend the night at one of the Airport based hotels and depart early Saturday morning. A couple of hotels a two-three minute walk from airport terminal are: Ramada by Wyndham, and Wingate by Wyndham, and SpringHill Suites by Marriott. There are others within a short driving distance, e.g. Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn.  And some of these hotels have airport shuttles.

Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport https://www.golws.com/

Pullman is 40 miles North of the airport in Lewiston, ID – approx. 1-hour drive

  • You will need to rent a car to get to Pullman, as there are no shuttles. Rental car companies available in Lewiston are Budget, EnterpriseAvis, and Hertz. The drive from Lewiston to Pullman is an easy drive and mostly rural. You will be impressed by the Lewiston Hill on US 95 that climbs 2,100 vertical feet to Pullman.

And, just in case you are wondering, don’t make Seattle your destination, as Pullman is 290 miles east of Seattle. However, if you have the time, it is a beautiful drive between Seattle and Pullman through the Cascade Mountain Range over Snoqualmie Pass, Columbia Plateau, Channeled Scablands, and into the rolling hills of the Palouse – but it will take you 5 to 8 hours or longer depending on Seattle traffic and how many stops you make along the way.
